1029 Unusually breast metastases

Introduction/Background* The breast is the most common site of primary malignancies in adult women, but an uncommon for metastasis from extramammary malignancies. Breast metastases have both hematogenous and lymphatic routes. We report 10 cases our pathology lab between 2014 2020. Methodology identified all diagnosed Result(s)* found extra mammary All patients was female with a middle age 42 years. melanoma 3 cases, ovarian carcinoma also fibro sarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma nasopharyngeal 1 case each. diagnosis based on morphological features immunohistochemistry especially which exhibit some similar to carcinoma. Conclusion* show variable histological features. Therefore, possibility metastatic lesion should be considered evaluating lesions malignancy other organs. Awareness typical atypical imaging such may helpful diagnose breast.
